3. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

4. Provision of Personal Information to a Third Party

The Company will not provide any third party with personal information on customers, except in the following cases:

  • (1) When customers give their consent;
  • (2) When required to do so by law or ordinance;
  • (3) When it is necessary to protect the life, body or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the approval of the person;
  • (4) When it is especially necessary to improve public health and promote the sound development of children and it is difficult to obtain the approval of the person;
  • (5) When it is necessary to cooperate with a national governmentfs organization, a local public body, or a party entrusted by them in carrying out services as provided in laws and ordinances and, if the approval of the person is obtained, it may cause a difficulty in carrying out the service;
  • (6) When it is necessary to disclose the information to a financial institution, credit card company, or other settlement company or settlement agency to make monetary settlement for the services provided, etc.

The Company may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party, if necessary to achieve the purpose of use, to provide customers with better services. 8. Personal Information About Customers Aged 15 or Younger

We request customers aged 15 or younger to provide personal information after obtaining the approval of a guardian.

9. When Personal Information Is Acquired by a Method That Is Not Readily Recognizable

The purpose of cookies is for customers to be able to peruse the website of the Company more conveniently when revisiting it. Cookies will neither invade customersf privacy nor have any adverse impact on customersf computers.
The data encoding system known as Secure Sockets Layer is used for the part of the website of the Company where personal information is inputted. In addition, the Company has installed a firewall to protect information within the website. Please note, however, that security cannot be fully guaranteed due to the nature of internet communications.

An Authorized Personal Information Protection Organization is an organization that has obtained the approval of the competent minister under Article 37 of the Personal Information Protection Law.
